Minor scratch on bumper how can i fix it?

Get your color code and try touch up paint for that...you have a bit much to cover up for touch up paint but since its at the bottom it might work out good. I did a touch up for a small ding on my bumper and you can barely notice anything. Then use a rubbing compound to smooth and level it out. Goodluck!
