the best solution is to use cold vacuum method, it won't affect the paint and it takes several hours to do, the result - like new

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.

+1 on that. I have used a local guy that removes them from the rear. Sometimes the pulling methods can leave marks, not sure of this is the vacuum method.
He charges about $95/panel - whether you have 1 or 6 dents on a panel. I have only had one ding (from the kids scooter) on my E60. However, my Yukon with no door ding protection has gotten a ton. And, they are on a tough rounded part of the door.
After he is done with it, there is no evidence of a ding. If anybody is in the Ventura, CA area, checkout Ding Masters.

You can always contact your local BMW dealership/SA and ask who they use. Most dealerships keep a few local PDR services on file somewhere as lease returns and CPO vehicles need some minor repair. It might help if you post your location so members local to you can help you out as well....GL

Go to your dealer and ask them for paintless dent repair.
They charge by panel.
Very inexpensive and EXTREMELY effective.
I have used it on ALL my cars after 3 years of use and the panels look new

you know those big suction cup thingies? spray some water on the area, and put it on and PULL if you get lucky it works, my friend even used a plunger on his truck, its really a hit or miss method, but theres no downside and its free right?

Your dealer will have a contact for PDR , it take a few minutes and it is undetectable !
