Mini review after one week of ownership

My Ride: 2006 525Xi, premium package, premium sound, steptronic, bi-xenon adaptive lights, PDC, rear sun shade, rear heating, cold weather package.
It is about one week since I took the delivery of my 2006 525Xi.
So far, everything is running as it suppose to. Thanks to the forum,
I have mastered the turning singal switch within one hour after I took the delivery.
So far, only two thing I want to complain about. First one is the break dust,
man, it is HORRIBLE, it only took like 100 miles to get rim dirty.
Second thing I want to complain about is that, the iDrive does not
display Chinese (Traditional), so it makes my MP3 list useless, because
it shows characters like this (&^%%$*&, but so far no way to cure it,
at least in the US. I can live with that, but it is hard to know which track
is playing.
After all, I have to say, this is an AWESOME vehicle to drive,
and to have fun with.

sounds like you are playing some @#$%^&* cool songs 
. i think you won't see any chinese displays in the near future. the only way to cure it is translate them in english

100 miles to get dirty rims from brake dust? I get brake dust backing out of my garage 
I agree with you though, I've had my 545i 10 days and I love it, despite the lack of chinese MP3 character support which I was really hoping for.

Iceman, you are correct, I don't have the Nav. so I can play MP3 now.

ability to display Chinese, Japan, and Korean. Because ususally, if one of them,
say Chinese can be displayed, other two can be disaplyed as well.
I knew the iDrive in Taiwan, and China has been ported to support Chinese.
