Good tip, I may try that actually. Post some pics of yours once you have them taped.

Very nice, mrfva - thanks. I'll try the same thing on mine to see if it works.

As an aside for others, instead of using velcro you can pick up sheets of felt tape that dealers use for this very purpose (you can even ask your dealer for some - that's what I did). It would probably work just as well, and blend in a bit better.

Will do - should be able to do it this weekend. When I got home tonight I opened the sunroof and played around with that wind deflector, and was able to get a tapping noise. It wasn't in the same place as your velcro, it was more to the left. I'll indicate when I post my pics after I put the felt on.

3M makes a tape that is padding.

this is what i used on the underside of mine so that you cant see it from the outside.

isn't the noise from the top of the deflecter tapping on the glass, how do you hide it so you dont see the tape when the sunroof is open??

stop stop stop, is this the only problem? When I started to read the topic i thought, yes, I have that to!! So far I just turn up the radio, but if there is a solution.....

My problem though is that I have NOT a sunroof? And it is not the buttons at the turn signal.

But all other here solved it with the sunroof?

This is crazy that alot of people have this problem. I was about to tell the dealership about it and have them investigate it, but I could not produce it on demand. It looks like I may try the 3m tape to solve the rattling.

i put it on the bottom of the deflector so that it deadens the noise.
in my case the defector doesn't resonate with the tape applied to the bottom of it.

fixed my problem concerning the sunroof noise.
