My Ride: A Car
To start it off, I always thought my car was slow. Well, I guess it's not that bad. I was neck to neck with a G37 today and actually gaining from it at about 120. Must be the RPi Scoop, K&N, DINAN remap, AND OF COURSE DSC off.
There's quite a bit of cars who really liked to go at it today. Later today near the Staten Island Mall, I saw a 98 baby blue GS400. Yes, it was baby blue with ugly looking chrome 20s. We stopped at a light and he decided to floor it. I bogged down at 1st since I had no expectation and DSC was on. Wheel spin definitely did not help but I was always ahead of him. Flying by a precinct, I slowed down and he kept going and flew by me. Stopped again at a light. We rolled down the windows and he asked me how many hp do I have. I honestly forgot and safely assumed 330 (yes I later remembered we only have 325hp). He then said he has 400 hp to the wheels. I saw very shocked since I definitely did not even feel anything close to 300whp on my car and I pulled on him. I asked him what he's got. He said it's a GS400. I told him 400 means 4 liter and not 400 hp. Then he said I have an intake and exhaust. I just laughed. Pulled into the parking lot and I took a closer look. I basically told him to get rid of the intake and get a K&N drop in. Or turbocharge the car so he will get more hp.
I honestly felt kinda bad for the kid. He prolly got jipped from someone who sold him the stuff.

haha. i had a guy in a lincoln LS with gangerster ass chromo wheels take off from me at a red light yesterday. i let him go because of traffic.
