I'm missing something when trying to set a seat position to one of the memory buttons. I press the M button and it glows red. I then press 1 and it moves to what is currently set as button 1 instead of setting button 1 to the current position. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Yes, be sure to press button 1 or 2 very quickly after the M button.
