I think Senior Managements legs must be getting shorterand shorter I notice that when I get into the car the drivers seat is always at the front of it's travel. I'm 6ft 2ins so generally have the seat quite a way back and much lower.

Our car is a 2005 E61 with semi electric sports seats and I just wonder if it is possible to have memory added as a retrofit. If anyone has had this done, please chime in. I'd be interested in having an idea of cost as well.

you cant add memory as a retro fit, you need to retro fit the full electric memory seats, which would cost you over ?1000

i expect an electrical wizard might be able to hook up an after market box containing memory, but it would be a bit tacky.

good luck.

having said that if you got a "carcass" from the memory seats with buttons etc, i dont see why not with a bit of re-programing??
after all...anythings possible
