I did not see it but is this really can happen?? Half of the bolt is still in there! Now i have to buy a set (1 bag) for $50 see pics and do you guys ever experience this??

Interesting. There are some reports of cylinder head bolts that were factory over tightened and have snapped over time. Not seen this one. Could be someone fussed with it or maybe it just plain broke. You'll need to drill a hole in the remaining piece and use a bolt extractor to get it out. You need to keep the pieces to measure the bolt length to put in the right replacement bolt. I would not even think about removing the pan and putting on a new gasket, etc. Just fix up the one bolt and you should be fine. The oil pan bolt set is like $23 online.

That bolt will come out with either a left-handed drill bit or a screw extractor. Unfortunately, you are going to have to buy the bolt set, or find an aluminum bolt that will fit. Don't use anything else except an aluminum bolt for this application.
Search amazon for Irwin 30520 or Alden 8440P.
