Particularly considering how long the SLs go between design changes vs. the E60 vs. LCI vs. F10 in two years. If you are only worried about depreciation, I would take the SL over the 5.
Not sure if this is significant enough as design change, but it's coming as 2009 model for the SL63 AMG. And I kind of like it
