508 miles with indicated 30 miles left on a full tank.

A bit better than my old M3: best I ever got was 255 miles, worst was 165.

My car has a steptronic box.
This was achieved doing back and forth runs to the Freestate and then adding on what the computer said I had left.
From my measurements the computer is very accurate specially when it is reset at the start of a long trip and not subject to averaging.

400 miles. San Jose to Los Angeles and then to Orange County the next day. Brief 5 sec stint at 145mph.

My average tank goes 300 miles though.

I know the diesel owners can really brag here, but it would be nice to get a comparison of the different models (petrol & diesel).
Not talking about ave mpg or l/100km but actual distance travelled on a single tank.

I just did 683km's on a long distance trip at an average 127km/hr. (had 10km range in the tank so filled up again).

One single tank: 430.7 miles and still had about 0.6 gallon left in tank.

Max distance travelled on a single tank-great_mileage.jpg

Photo taken just after filling up, from a steady 75MPH motorway journey.

Usually fill up at about 600 miles, which is a mix of motorway and city driving.
