Can anyone post a pic of the mat fixing arrangement on the E60 please ?

Are the black "screws" now not used ?

 

My mats have a velcor pad (hard hooks) on the back that attaches to a soft cloth pad that is secrwed into the floor system where the hooks typically would have been inserted.

Same system used on my summer cloth mats and winter rubber mats.

I'll confirm that: The BMW overmats have Velcro pads underneath that grip onto the carpet. They work too!!
