manual transmission shift lever moves hard between gears.
does anyone have this felling before?

I am probably wrong because these vehicles are so unique and generally fall outside traditional thought when it comes to basic diagnosis - but it sounds to me as if the pressure plate is not being activated enough and the clutch plate is catching on it giving you similar shifting characteristics as if you were not pressing the pedal down all the way. Several components can be at fault -

Most likely, you are low on clutch fluid (assuming these are hydraulic)
Second guess is a leaking clutch master or slave cylinder
Perhaps you have a bent clutch fork (again I assume there is something resembling a traditional set-up here)

Lastly it could be a transmission issue such as worn out synchros, although the symptoms generally are that the car easily falls out of gear.

Tough to say, but most of the time this is not necessarily a sign of impending doom, monetarily speaking.

I have the cpo probably might be covered... but it is a strange feeling, its is when the car is warm or cold doesnt matter but sometimes I can feel it get stuck but not real bad...

This happens to me once in a while. Its not bad though. Let me know if you get it diagnosed.
