Maintenance intervals

At what mileage have you guys changed your plugs, differential fluid, transmission fluid, or flushed your coolant? I'm not trying to be a compulsive maintenance freak, just trying to keep the old girl in tip top shape for years to come.

For those of you guys that are doing your own maintenance, what's your oil change interval? I will definitely not be following the BMW standard of 15K or every year.
My car has 49K at what mileage should I start changing the following:
Rear differential oil
Transmission fluid
Coolant
Sparks plugs
I'm not sure if the above are CBS and will show up the in iDrive. My next vehicle check is not due for another 27K.

Good rule of thumb is to cut BMW's current recommended service schedule in half. So instead of 15k oil changes 7.5k. 2 year brake fluid flush to 1 year. "Lifetime" fills to 50-60k.

The spark plugs will show up at 100k everything else won't. I changed out all of the above fluids at about 60k just because I was looking for someone reputable to do it.

Hey guys, do you utilize a Peake tool or some other diagnostic device to reset service indicators on the iDrive? I used to own an E46 and used a Peake reset tool after every oil change. I'm new to the E60, and just want to reset the service after I've completed so I don't have to see the "!" come up every time I start the car again. Thanks!

I just found this you tube link which describes how to reset some of these service lights on the E60:
