Hi I have a 2009 535XI just wondering if the E60 M5 brake rotors will fit for my car. I have upgraded 19 inch Beyern wheels. Also thinking on replacing the exhuast system with the M5 exhaust will that work? Thanks.

you can't just do the rotors, you'd need the calipers as well. but since you have an xi I think you're out of luck- the hubs (and thus the offsets) are completely different, so I don't think the M units will bolt up. they will fit the RWD cars, but not yours.

the exhaust you're out of luck for sure- the M has the battery in the center of the trunk, with no spare tire, so there's plenty of room underneath for the right side mufflers. on your car, not so much. there are quad-pipe exhaust solutions out there that will fit, but the stock m5 cans will not.

+1000, you can check with user Rizbel who already did this swap on his e60 (non-Xi) and see if he knows, but I think the above is correct and you are unfortunately out of luck.

you have 13.7 inch rortors as is switch pads if you need more clamping or you'll have to bite the BBK bullet and call stoptech

as another option, we carry some OEM-sized rotors. most popular ones are the ones that are custom drilled and slotted.

Good point, drilled rotor and some caliper painting would set your brakes off nicely and cost less than 10% of a BBK, definitely PM Nerweezy

You cannot just use the m5 exhaust-not tuned for your car's engine and thus wont maximize your power. It is tuned for a specific engine although since you have TT you can get away with larger diameter exhaust but not sure how big the M5s exhaust pipes are
