Hi again!
So like the title says; Is there any possibility stretch m-sport bumper as same level than m5 fenders are?
I´m going to buy some wheels which are made for m5 fenders, and now there is two options.
1. Buy narrow outer ring and go with stock fenders  (2-piece wheel)
2. Buy M5 fenders and keep that awesome wide look!
..But this is going to be too expensive if I have to change whole nose..
I found many stories about fitting the M5-bumper with stock fenders but not opposite way, so can anyone help?
Small modify and repainting is not a problem, but fiberglass etc .. -> no no no!!

they won't fit...I would just save a lil more and get a used front bumper and do the whole conversion up front....but then I guess you would also need to do the rear. Sounds expensive but when you factor in the fact that you can sell your existing M-tec set up.....its not a bad option.
I am going to be doing the M5 conversion on mine, I have everything now apart from the Front bumper.

I really dont understand what exactly you are trying to do,
BUT CHECK THIS PICTURE out,
ITS a non M5 fender with Mtech front bumper and OEM M5 wheels and everthing (Look at the thick tires)

What kind of custom M5 wheels are you referring to? As you see in the photo above, the M166 wheels (M5 stock rims) sit fine with stock non-M5 E60 fenders. Actually, some people actually add spacers to push the rims further out in order to keep flush with the front fenders. So, I'm confused with why you need M5 fenders to accommodate those custom rims you talked about.

Have you considered rolling your stock fenders and running a slightly undersized tire? The E60 non-m can take quite a bit of wheel up front with the right tire size and offset. Post up the specs of the wheels you're trying to fit and I can see how aggresive the fitment will be.

Yes M167 wheels were fit perfectly, offset was just perfect with stock fenders.. but I sold them, and now I have new wheels.
Front wheel specs are 10" x 20" et-1,4, so they fit on M5 fenders well, but maybe not so well on stock ones. (i don´t have them at home yet) And I was asking if I can just change wider fenders, and go with m-sport bumper? No?
D_Sport, have good point with selling m-tec kit and buy whole m5 kit! .. but still, i would want to go with very low budget on this case.
