M3 fitment wheels fit e60?

I am considering picking up a set of forged 3 piece wheels from a m3 owner. He isnt certain of the specs (a lot of these forged wheel builders dont publish them) but he is pretty certain the rear is a 20x10.5 +20 or 22. Front is a 20x8.5. Tires are 245/30/20 and rears 295/25/20. It also includes TPMS, which I assume will not work with my e60?
My concern is any differences in hub bore, brake caliper clearance, and of course overall fitment.

Great. Thanks. After posting I've done some more research and I agree. Thanks for reassuring me. I have a 550i m-sport so should be good to go! Might need a spacer up from depending on the wheel.
