I have the strangest issues. I have ordered the 08 M-tech kit from quad_m (Tony) for my 08 535i with PDC but for some reason wholes for PDC sensor on 08 kit are much bigger than my ordinal bumpers and I can not fir them on my m-kit. Has anyone has the same issue?

interesting. would like to be updated being that im looking to order an 08 pdc metch kit. the last thing i would want to happen is it not to be the right fitment. i had heard something about the pdc on 08 being different than on 07s are you sure he sent you an 08 does it have the orange reflectors on the side?

Yup, that kit had reflectors on the side.... thats why I don't understand what is wrong. Several of my local dealers say that 08 m-kit is not available yet, so I have no idea what to do now..

No worries, and I've PM'd you the parts listing that I needed to change the '08 PDC's to fit the M-tech bumpers.

I hope people will see this posting and will be careful about ordering m-tech kit for their 08 cars with PDC installed.

Hi... I have the same Issue. I ordered M5 front bumper for my 2008 530i from Tony and my dealer just informed me that there is a mis-match with size of the sensor holes between the M5 bumper and my stock bumper.

Help please.. thanks

There have been previous discussions about this. The short of it is the LCI cars require 8 new PDC sensors to make the Mtech kits fit. Also don't forget the other Assorted hard ware for the LCI cars that Tony does not include in the kit. For non PDC car the extra parts will run you in the $130-70, for pdc cars it's a bunch more due to the 8 sensors you have to replace. Call Gery at Newport BMW he has been helping the LCI owners out of this jam and know the parts needed look at the top of the Mods section for his info.
