It is also pretty stiff in sports mode so I can't see something more agressive than that.
If they do introduce the M-Suspension it'll probably be like the last two years of production of the car. Like always... the E39 got it very very late in its life time and the look at the E46 during what was it? the last year of its life? It got the Performance Package.
BMW usually adds all these special stuff to the cars towards the end to help boost end life cycle sales. And they do a face lift in the middle of the life cycle (changing to LED lights!)

Sorry, I mean't I can't see something more aggressive than that in a non-M E60. My 545 shifts very quickly in SMG sport mode, but not as fast as the M5 either.

In Europe, M package excludes Dynamic Drive option. I thing it is called something else in US (active body stabilisation feature that prevents car from swinging left/right in bends). Car is lowered by 15 mm and it does not come with M wheels, but spoke 135 as standard.
If you are in the US and really want the M-Suspension, get someone in Canada or Europe to order the M-Package and then get them to agree to swap out suspension systems.
Lots of trouble for an OEM part that still is not under warranty.
Probably easier just to go aftermarket at this point. Lots of options, Praxis, GC, HR, etc.
Sorry, just rambling and thinking out loud ...

Possible to get the M-Package with the "X" models... but you will get everything excepted the M-suspension... 'cause it does not fit with the 4x4 system...
