M Sport front bumper removal

I need to remove the front bumper on my E61 M Sport 2008 model.

Does anyone have instructions how do this this, that they can post here ?

even better if they are the original BMW SA instructions.

Here you go....

The first one, taken from TIS, is for standard bumper (and there's instruction for M5 bumper too). Follow the instructions for standard bumper and you'll success:

The second one is the instructions for installing mtech kit. The pics are better than in the TIS instructions, so maybe it will help also:
