M Quarter Panel question?
Hello again everyone,
I have a noob question so forgive me if it sound stupid. I have an '08 550 w/ sport package and was curious about adding the quarter panel M5 vents. I love that look but did not want to spend the money for quarter panels and painting and all that. I wanted to know if it was possible to have a reputable body shop install them by cutting the holes into the metal. I am not trying to pass it off as an M but just love the look of those vents. Has anyone out there done this, I'd love to see pics? If this is possible, do you think it's tacky since it's not an M?

Tacky, wouldn't do that beauty of a 550 any justice at all...

 Looks awesome as is
the m5 fenders are wider than the non M vehicles. Personally i like the way it is. if you absolutely had to install them, remove the m logo so you're not faking the funk. it would be easier to just cut holes and add the vents rather than replace the entire front fender. member Hiepsta posted a diy, try the search bar. should be pretty easy to find.
