lumbar support retrofit for standard seats

My Ride: '05 525i
as per title - is it possible to retrofit a standard seat with a lumbar support? has anyone done it? on a longer drives my lower back becomes painful ...

My Ride: 2008 520d LCI.
HUD, active lights + high beam assistant, panoramic sunroof, manual gbox, grey leather and navi professional.
It's a nice car with an impressive engine.

The only way I've heard of this done was to replace the front seats entirely with one's with lumbar support then upgrade the software. Kudos to anyone who can do this, with regular seats.

There's a guy here that upgraded his seats to the sport seats. He needed a new controller module and some programming done. In the meantime, here's a like to one of the threads like it.
