Hi,
Any of you have experiences of automatically opening 'rear box cover'? This morning I went out and noticed that the cover was open and it rained last night! Apparently I had pressed the remote key button accidentally and the cover was opened for the night? Any idea how to avoid this again?

Guys i find this so amusing about trunks self opening, or even by mistake pressing the remote button. How on earth do you acomplish those things?! I mean 1st why do you but your key in the back pocket if you do that?! Does one like to be stingned in the a$$ everytime you sit down or feel the discomfort?

Now leaving the joke aside, i remember seing some threads a long way back about this and apparently some even swore that they didn't touch the keys and the trunked just poped out! Scary in a way but man oh man how do you guys "acomplish" this exactly when it's raining and car is parket outside or when you have something valueable in the trunk?! Sorry can't help it. Try a search on this matter.

PS: Sorry for the lil joke puistola. It's just sometimes a thread like this pops up regarding a self poping trunk. Whoooop ping me.

It happened to me too . Luckily it wasn't raining. And the key was not in my back pocket.
It was in my pants front pocket .
