Lowering advice - e60 07 MSport on 19's

My Ride: 07 E60 MSport - Carbon Black - 19" VMR - Carbon Fibre Grills
Hello,
Been looking around and I want to drop my car on new springs (30-50mm maybe) I currently have the MSport so im around 15mm lower anyway by what people have said.
Anybody put new springs on with 19" wheels and how much have you dropped it by? pics would be good also!!

I did a 50mm drop and I am loving the look. You can check my build thread for pics. Only issue is I can't drive in certain parts of town cause we have tons of speed bumps here. That has been the only annoyance. lol

Yeah your height is just what im looking for, so yours was an MSport? any other pics online of your motor?
