How difficult is it to install though?

Pop off the wheel, unscrew a handful of fasteners, pull the wheel liner back, swap the pump and gasket, put everything back in place. 15 minutes.

I have the same issue here, I fill up the reservoir and within a day or two of not using it at all, I get the warning again and sure enough the level is low and I do not see any leaks on the floor. Could it also be the pump even though I am not using it? Thanks.

So i was thinking is the reservoir larger than a gallon or is there a DIY for fix.

Fill the washer tank to the top. Drive around for a day, don't use washer. Check... if lower you likely have a leak.

Fog on window = Leak in heater core (a small radiator in the car which makes the air hot)... is there a kinda sweet smell... anti-freeze.

I would worry more about the fog than the washer fluid.
