My three-week old 545i (500 mi) has developed a rattle coming from the right front wheel that occurs under moderate braking at low speeds. I notice it when slowing to a stop from about 15-20 mph. If I coast to a stop from that speed, the rattle is absent. I've looked at the caliper, pads, and anti-rattle clip on that side (although I haven't taken the wheel off) and nothing looks loose or out of the ordinary. I don't feel pulsing or a shudder when the rattle occurs. Any ideas?

No idea.
I'd check the brakes and if everything seems to be OK would ask the dealer.
