Unhappy Low Rail Pressure and Low LPFP (New Walbro 525)

Huge loss on wtf is going on.... I JUST replaced my LPFP with a Walbro 525 because I was getting low psi from the previous pump... now I'm getting WORSE numbers on the LPFP and my rail pressure looks HORRIBLE at 6800rpm Ideas?
Build:
2009 BMW 535xi
Walbro 525 LPFP (F90000285)
ViV 19T 6+6
7.5 Stepped intercooler
Charge pipe wit Tial BOV
Dinan Coil Packs w/ step 2 colder plugs (97506)
3.5 Map Sensor
Gutted DP's
Relocated inlets

Here's a 3rd gear pull with a custom tune for my build:

Did a few more runs for testing...
I did a Stage 0: https://datazap.me/u/udfxrookie/stag...og=0&data=3-21
MHD OTS v10:

To my untrained eyes... the afr's look good (on all but custom tune)... the lpfp and rail pressure not so good...
Custom tune was one EKP3 and for the Stage 0 and MHD OTS tune I swapped to a spare EKP3 module I had just in case mine went....

***UPDATE***
I thought there may be a leak going from my pump to my regulator so I replaced the unit and lines and now she's looking a LOT better: https://datazap.me/u/udfxrookie/new-...og=0&data=3-21
