Ive had my car for 5months now and only have a little over 6K miles on it. Just right now while doing a mini photoshoot i got check engine oil level its low add some. Hows that possible after 5months? i cant really say ive "pushed" or "raced" my car. the car does vibrate a bit on idle also.

Not uncommon to need some oil before a service interval (15K miles....remember most oil changes are done around 3K-6K miles anyway), most dealerships will do a complimentary top-off if the indicator goes off prior to service requirement....
Coolant is another fluid that may need topping off prior to a service requirement (I needed a top-off at 6K miles)

I think you need to change your oil again. Make sure you use 7 quartz of BMW 5-30 oil (I think). There's a DIY thread.\
edit-take it to the service and let them deal with it since your car is 2008
