sweeet! cleaning (water+cotton cloth) the black velvette cloth kinda thing around the doors fixed the noise from doors.

I did more observation and found the other noise is coming from seat belt clip, not gear box area.

If I hold the seat belt clip, then there is no noise.. not sure how to fix this.

If the creaking noise from the door comes back, just bring it to the dealer. I had same problem and I went to the dealer and told them I had creaking doors. No questions asked... they replaced the door seal in about 3 hours and no charge.

I had the same squeaky seal problem with my 545i. I think there is a TSB on this, someone on here can verify this for me. The dealer gave me a hard time about it, but they solved it temporarily by putting a special lubricant. If it persists, get the seals replaced.

Thats good to hear...

as for the seat belt noise... hummm maybe you can take it apart and see if anything is loose? Or you can visit the dealer on that one.

for the doors I put down the all 4 windows about 1mm and about 99.9% of the sound will go.
