So, today, I was driving around and suddenly felt brake pedal go hard, as if it lost booster(vacum) and I had to press with alot of force to stop it.I pulled over right away, restarted car, and found out that Turbo also was not working, no sound, no boost, no pull power. it does take RPMs all the way to end but even with pressed all the way, no boost kicks in. After i popped the hood, I could see some oil leaked behind round metal in engine bay. Any Ideas, thoughts?

Sorry, forgot to mention, it's an 03 530d E60.
No engine light came on, I thought since brake and turbo both happened at the same time, it might be vacum hose or something, but then I saw Oil just below Plastic cover on the Pass side.

So, I was at the indy today and it turned out to be Vacum Pump. It was all broken and scrwed up.
P.S It pulls harder now.
