Losing Air

My dealer found that a cracked rim was causing air loss.

This did result from an obstruction in the road that took out the tire. T&W insurance covered it.

Thanks for all the input.

The car was used and all 4 tires were replaced with brand new Potenza RFT's. One rear tire was an el' cheap-o brand that had sidewall damage from a pothole. That rim is now on the front (tire rotation) and it does have a chip on the edge where it struck the pothole. I have the tire and wheel insurance, but no CPO. I actually replaced the el' cheap-o tires using that T/W insurance. I will have to go have all of them checked out for leaks. The previous owner obviously had no idea what brake dust does to the finish on the wheels and the two from the front are not the prettiest I have ever seen. If I find that the wheels are shot, then I might be able to kill two birds with one stone.

Anyway, I'll let you know what happens...
