Over time seems like this cloth comes loose anyone have same problems?

Have you ever removed this panel? You should take it if and use some 3m spray glue to repair it.

i've never removed it before

in my opinion it seems like after i put it through a car wash, where the servicemen, wipes the dash board, and window,

it overtimes pushes the cloth out and off the pillar. can the pillar be removed with out deploying the airbag or causing an "error" message in the system?

Not sure how that happens. Looks like the fabric on the pillar trim piece. You'll like this video:

One suggestion when removing the panel or any panel in your car. Do not use screw drivers and tools such as shown in this video! They make plastic interior removal tools and most of your parts stores carry them or you can order them on line. When disconnecting the clip at the mid point the plastic tool will really help as they often come in a kit with various sizes and shapes. You can get underneath the point where the clip is an pry it out much safer. Otherwise you risk snapping the substrate when you begin the pulling and twisting motion as the video suggests. Once you break or crack the substrate you are hosed because you will not be able to hide that problem well. A screw driver used as a pry tool has no place in our car and can cause SOOOO much damage before you realize it...

done. went to local store and bought the trim molding set & adhesive & a brush.

Rather than spraying, i'd recommend brushing on a medium to light coating of the adhesive to the area then let sit dry for 10-15 minutes.

Great post! Have the same issue and I have been procrastinating taking it to a trim shop.. Now ill just do it myself. What type of adhesive did you brush on??

i used 3M fabric/cloth adhesive. target, auto zone, o'reily's should carry it.
