Looking for some incite on vent valve tubes....

Was just at the dealer and they suggested I get the vent valve tubes changed because the cold weather is coming. They said in cold weather they tend to freeze up causing excessive pressure in the crankcase. Just wondering if these are the ones they are talking about. Trying to save myself the $850.00 they quoted. Its for a 04 545i.

they're extrmely easy. they have compression ends just clean them very well, push in the tabs and wiggle the hose off of of the inlet. Clean the inlet from any noticeable dirt or oil and Put the new hose on. make sure the push them on all the way.
