2005 bmw 545i for 18,488 is this a good deal. they just did all the maintence to it including new brakes and it looks nice. What do you guys think

He called the dealer and they lowered the price to 17,488. Their not willing to negotiate on the price of the car. We went to go check another similiar miles and similiar price but the car was really beat up. Any other deals out their that you guys can recomend. He only has 16,000 plus the fees to spend on a car.
