what do you think... Good deal?

I was looking for tires for my wheels and then came across this ad. The offset is +2 of the current set-up witch is +18 front +25 rear

does anybody know if I will run into problems with this offset?

FRONT 20X9 +20 OFF SET TIRE 245/35R20 (DELINTE RUBBER)
REAR 20X10.5 +27 OFF SET TIRE 275/30R20 (DELINTE RUBBER)
