This is a reasonable default guide. Most of the bolts on these cars are Class 8.8, I think. Might want to go a bit easy if the bolt screws into aluminum. Put some Loctite on it if you're worried it might back out.

Thats a fantastic quick reference. I found an older chart that rated as 22nm for M8/8.8 so that got the job done. I am sure 22nm is close enough that of i tried to tighten again at 24nm it wouldn't move the bolt for 2nm. Got the Alternator bracket, engine support arm, and valley pan back on. Waiting for o-rings for oil cooler lines to continue. Good progress!

I can't find but it has some free online manuals, may be someone knows a link.
But I guess it's very good, I see they are really improve cooling system on 4.8L, because oil leaking from gasket is caused by the engine is running a little hotter for this type gaskets, in most cases. So I guess as my BMW foreman shop told me its completely different engine/block.

Absolutely. I whole heatedly believe that the good condition of all the seals and such are a direct result of the oil cooler. It is almost the size of a radiator. I would think that those who don't have one would benefit from adding one. Even my friend who owns his own shop came over and noted what good condition it was in.

That explains why the 550 runs so hot. All the extra coolers add to the evacuated engine heat.
There are 5 coolers consisting of the radiator, AC condenser, oil cooler, transmission oil cooler, and power steering cooler. Most cars only have the first two!
