Enjoying my drive down the A1 last night and then... huh? ... could it be? I had to turn back around and take another look. Sorry my blackberry camera is so poor...

The tail lights don't look as different as I thought they would. I wonder if either of these are going to any of our forum members...

LDW? As Paulie Walnuts on the Sopranos would put it, "Illuminate me."

Wow. Well spotted. The one at the bottom looks like it might be a Deep Green one. Could be mine. If so; wasn't anticipating to see my car for the 1st time like that.

LDW - Excellent I thought, it is standard on the 535d - I got on the motorway, switched it on, promptly headed for the white lines to test it, it worked, I did it again, thought that it was bloody annoying and promptly switched it off again!! - tis like a very small electric shock going through the palms of your hands Seriously though, unless you have a bad case of Narcolepsy or have such a short attention span that you need such driver aids I would save the cash and put it toward a HUD......the one option that I wish I had gone for but didn't........

Presumably it doesn't react if you are indicating (or make a deliberate [rather than drift] lane change manoeuvre without indicating?)?

If you indicate then it doesn't trigger the vibration - I did turn the wheel more directly at a lower speed and it still triggered so I guess that when it is on only advance indication will ensure it isn't triggered
