I have 528i and enjoyed my 900mile(2 way) ride from SF to Anaheim, driving it on mountains near LA made me realize how good the engine is, it just breaths and climbs w/ no hesitation - amazing! What more if you have a 545.

Thank You all for sharing Your opinions! I really enjoyed my tripp with the loved one 32 mpg would be great but after driving up high in the mountains I think I will stay in a V8 club and everybody who did that before knows what I am talking about... Car gets VERY noticably less powerfull (Denver is 10 times higher above see level than Chicago) car felt really sloooow... comparing to where I live and this 91 octane fuel... I also noticed mid grade fuel that is less expensive than regular.
