Nice car. Love that interior. As for wheels I say go for the 20s. The roads are bad here too. Just drive slow and dodge potholes. Once I got my E60, I didn't wanna go nothing less than 20s staggered with a deep lip.

I have to say that quad and rear diffuser set up looks really neat and tidy. Looks like it was OEM designed for the sport rear bumper. Some of the quads I've seen are too OTT.........trying to look too much like an M5, and with the exhausts being too large.
Would look great on either 166's or 167's.

NICE - I can't think of anything I'd want different if I had to choose except maybe a V8. LOVE that interior option. With your taste I'm excited to see your wheel choice. I wouldn't touch the suspension.

Instead of making a new thread, I figured I would just add to this old thread so we can all enjoy the transformation. After all the original modifications that were done to the car, here is an update:
1) M5 replica mirrors
2) Projector HID fog lights
3) Orion v4/ Black out modifications/ upgraded projector lenses
4) HID reverse lights
5) NAVandTV2go pre-LCI unit with custom switch: Allowed me to add a front camera and a rear camera to display over the current i-drive screen with the push of a custom switch to toggle between the inputs
6) KW Variant 3 Coilovers
7) K&N drop in filter with charcoal filter delete
8) Custom Black suede Headliner
The car started off with OEM BMW sports suspension and I just took it off 2 weeks ago to replace it with the coilovers. I used the stock style 123 BMW wheels along with the Miro 20 inch m6 style time attack wheels while the stock suspension was on.
I am attaching a link to some previous pics I had with the miro's as well.

NOW....I finally have my new wheels on!
I got some 360 forged style 5 wheels, which I had powder-coated. The wheels were originally made for an e92 m3 fitment, but we went ahead and put them on my 2007 530i with the KW variant 3 coilovers.
We added a 30mm H&R spacer in the front and 13mm spacer in the rear to not only help clear the strut but also to give it that flush look. Unfortunately the spacers were a little too big and the the tires slightly "poke" and there is some rubbing in the front. The rear fenders have already been rolled, but now we are thinking about maybe pulling both front and rear fenders to allow us more clearance.
I do not want to lower it any more without getting the fenders cleared. Its very minimal rubbing, but if I had 4 people in the car it would be rubbing a lot more. Enjoy the pictures and once I put the rear spoiler back on I will post more pics!
