Not really, Your better off going to a high end audio store like sound advice. They will upgrade the door speakers and but a door speaker amp in. Its cheaper than a retrofit.

I have basic speakers at the moment. I'd like to have the Hifi or Logic7 speakers or something better.
Is it possible to upgrade to Hifi speakers or Logic7 ?
I asked my local hifi specialist and they told me that there are 10cm speakers in the door and if they change it it woldn't be much better, if I want to have a subwoofer they can do it, but they can't get the audio line output from the Navi Professional radio, they can only take the signal from the speaker output which is very noisy and not recommended.
Any opinions guys ?

Either invest in totally changing your audio system or wait 'till you change your car.

You dont get a chance to choose anything bear for the color and the interior color.
So if you wanted Logic7, you had to buy a 545i. If you bought a 530i, be happy with the HiFi system.
If you bought a 525i, be happy with the standard 6 speaker system and i have the 525i so i know how it feels. haha...
Anyhow, it still comes fitted with a small amp according to my local audio store that showed me a 525i that he did.
What he suggested was to replace the amps, and add a small sub and change all the speakers.
There is a particular MB Quart 4inch or so model that could fit in the front doors that made a whole world of difference as i sat in this E60 that he had already done.
If you'd like the model numbers or more specifics as to how it was done, lemme know and ill swing by to probe abit more.
For now, im not willing to forsake my warranty and am kinda lacking the cash so havent done it just yet.. hehe

So all is possible to retrofit but costs at least 3X, you need the seats for subs and 11 other speakers.
Ask your dealer a quote and also for labour costs! But defenitely the best system on the market oem
