I think the difference is that you have more power to the amp (4OO watt) with logic 7 and you have a sound processor (concert hall sound, concert, rock ext..) to create surround sound 7.1 channels and more powerfull bass drivers under the seats and more speakers in the rear. And you have a center channel speaker also with logic 7

 

1) 13 speakers instead of 10
2) upgraded amp
3) theater/concert hall/off 'spatial' settings
4) 7-band equalizer

I think that's it. Well worth it, in my sometimes humble opinion, but scores slightly below comfort seats for my desires.
