Does anyone have any experience in picking up parts off of a junkyard car?

I'm looking to get a replacement passenger cup holder for my 2004 e60. And maybe some other parts if possible..

Does anyone in OC (Fullerton/Irvine) or LA County know of any auto junkyards that I can check out?

Any help is appreciated.

Or if anyone has Gary@newportbmw's contact information that'd be great too (can't seem to find him, checked in vendors section as well).

Thanks!

Yeah, actually I do, that's where I got my replacement CCC unit - came with a 6/mo unconditional warranty too

I tried bavarian recycling for a part. They sent the wrong part. It only took them 2 months to send the right part.

John how much that unit cost you? Can you get rims from wrecked cars? Lets say OEM style 172/123 rims?
