I live in LA and frequent anywhere from Santa Monica to Irvine and have encountered many cameras. Just stop for 2 seconds behind the crosswalk, then make your right turn. Never caused me any problems. 2 seconds ain't no thang!

Now getting tickets for stupid street sweeping... I need something for that!
