My Ride: 2008 550iReno, NV
Model Year: 2008
Ordered the new car last night 
Currently it is set for a production start of week 48, and a delivery sometime in late January.
Here are the Specs:
550i
Carbon Black
Nasca Leather ? Black
Poplar Grain Wood Trim
Sport Package
Cold Weather Package
Ventilated Seats
Navigation
Active Steering
Comfort Access
Heated Rear Seats
Rear Window Shades
Sirius
Anthracite Headliner
Logic 7
Tic-tock, tic-tock?.

Congrats! Man, that 3 month waiting period killed me so much. I feel for you man. But hey, at least you have your old car (which is still a great car) while you wait.

You do realise, this is the bit where people on the forum start saying "what about options x y and z", and you end up doubling the price of your car 
PS ... HUD is a _SUPERB_ option. I really wondered whether I had wasted my money when I added that option to my order, but it makes the satnav a million times better. But I don't want you to add it as I'd feel guilty about making you spend more!

Russ - I really like the HUD, but since this is going to primarily be my wife?s car, the choice was hers. We drove an M5 a while back with HUD, and they couldn't get it to adjust low enough for her to see.
E60Beemer - I am guessing that it will be around the 21st of January.
It's only been one day and I am going NUTS!!!

Congrats on the new order and don't worrry after a while it GETS EVEN WORSE
I've been waiting about a month now and have almost driven myself nuts over the wait...starting to go numb now...which is good as it will releive the pain.....

I feel your pain regarding the wait. The last week or so on my 535d was a killer. I expect I drove everyone on here nuts with my constant posts ... anything you can do to waste a couple of minutes here and there all helps!!
