Maybe his initials are UB and he's saying he saved so much money by buying that 530i and turning it into a 550i-M5 with a few badges and stick on grilles 
Why didn't we all think of that??!! That guy is an inovator, he's way ahead of the game! Hahahahaha. That really is the perfect license plate for this car...IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!!!

Oh I can't stop laughing, I wonder what was going through this guys mind whilst (poorly) fitting the badges. The fact that the 2 5's from the 550 badge are of different sizes has crippled me
