Left steering wheel controls and horn not working...

Left steering wheel controls and horn not working...
So I noticed last week my horn stopped working and then today i noticed my left controls (volume, phone, and voice control) inst working either Im about to take the steering wheel off and check all the connections but does anyone have any idea as to what it could be?

My guess is the "coil spring cartridge" is faulty. Some call it the clock spring, slip ring, etc. Located in steering column just behind steering wheel.

Don't let people point you to jump to conclusions. I let my car sit for 4 months and the horn wasn't working. I don't know if steering wheel knobs worked or not, didn't check. I would doubt the two are related. Anyway I unplugged the horn and plugged back in and it was fine. Again, i doubt the two are related. Do not make a simple situation worse right now by taking unsound advice. Check electrcal connections and fuses first. Always.

I've got the same thing after an engine replacement. I will let you know what it is if I figure it out, or just most likely take it back to them seems like they didn't plug something back in.
