BTW, what does left mean, is it the passenger side bulb or driver side bulb.. I am in US...
And which one is the low beam bulb?
UPDATE: I uploaded a picture of left and right light bulbs, now how do i figure out which bulb is this one Halogen or Xenon?

Left low beam is your left headlight as it tells you. This is the drivers side. If those pics are current, your clue should be that your left head light is not illuminated as the right. There is access behind this to remove the bulb. Best you remove it and order what it says on the bulb or just go get one from your dealer. Sometimes you might want to pick up two because it could be that the new one looks different than the old one...

To the O.P. don't despair. This is a YouTube video that shows how it's done.
You will need a couple of specialized tools (torx screwdriver bits) that perhaps you already have. If not, poll your friends for them. Once you get at the bulb, you can determine what kind it is.
This is not a difficult job by any means, and if you can do it yourself, you will save yourself a $200+ bill at the dealer. (Yeah, they will really charge you that much to replace a fricken headlamp.)

H7 is probably for your AE's. Order what you think but personably I wouldn't play around with a guessing game because when you purchase the incorrect one most likely you will just need to keep it since the chance of returning it is slim. Call you dealer or just go there and ask them. I can't imagine what is harder than that... I have a 2008 and as far as I remember the head light does not need to come out. Perhaps on a pre LCI...
