Left Front Lamp Foglight Malfunction

So after 5 to 10 minutes of driving my front left foglamp shuts off and doesnt come back on unless i cut the car off. It has been happening before i had hid foglight installed. Anyone know what the issue is?

Probably a faulty ballast.

it use to happen before i had h.i.d installed aswell.
