What colour is the leather ? There are various leather repair kits. The more common the color the easier it is to repair. I take it of course is just a scratch and
it's not tore or anything

A friend bought a CPO 3 series. Found some deep scratches that were close to tears. The dealership fixed it somehow. You may ask a dealership od collision center if they have a "leather guy".

You may want to give leatherique leather conditioner a try first, it doesn't fix the scratch but it will hide it well and soften up the seats so that it so t be as easily scratched in the future. I have a 6" scratch on the middle of my rearseat from my daughter And I used the leatherique leather car kit and it made a big difference plus made the rest of the leather lookand feel almost better than new.

I got a similar scratch from my dog, but no one had any ideas. I tried various polishes and creams (even shoe polish, which usually will work on shoes, but it's different obvously) to know avail. It's in the back and doesn't bother me that much or I guess I'd see if an upholstery guy could fix it as Martin suggested.

Hi

Havent got this problem with my car but have a black leather suite and Maine Coons. OK now there adults, but got a couple of claw marks on the black leather similar to your problem. I purchased black leather restoration cream, similar to this.

http://www.topoftheline.com/leather-...h-remover.html

Both filled the mark and recoloured the leather black so it blended in.

Hope this helps.

Back seat? Dog? Uh huh...Looks like a woman's jewelry scratch as well. Good story though.

Thanks man. I just ordered some at the link you provided. Worth a shot!

PS: My sister-in-law has a Maine Coon--it's freakin' huge! Bigger than my dogs I'd say (Boston Terriers).
