Hello, Im new to this so bare with me.. I am on a 3 year lease starting 1 year ago and now there is a passenger restraint faulty and heater takes very long to heat up(not sure why, if i can get help on this too), do i go to the leasing company and get them to take care of it? because I just got the car for a year now but it is a 2005 530i so it is not covered by BMW,

Did your lease include any type of warranty? Usually, unless some sort of warranty was added, you're likely out of luck...
