I have a leak over the turbo hoses but can’t get my car in for repair for a couple more weeks to afford it. However I’m going through bottles of coolant in the meantime. I read bar’s leak liquid aluminum radiator and heater core stop can help vs the car repair. I’ve also read a lot of horror stories on stop leak products.

any suggestions on stopping the leak?

Do not add that in your cooling system. I would park the car

Seconding Sean's excellent advice. Do NOT add that to your cooling system. You're going to go from a "small problem that I don't have time for" to a "real problem you really don't have time or the money for". ;-)
